Squire Mountain Tub Cheese STUFFED CHICKEN
(2-4) Chicken breasts oven: 400(1) 6oz Tub cheese (any flavor) time: 60 min.

Butterfly or cut a slit in each chicken breast, place about (2) tablespoons amount of tub cheese in opening or on one side of the breast, fold (if using the butterfly approach) and secure the breasts closed with toothpicks.
Beat the egg, add breadcrumbs into the beaten egg, and roll each chicken breast in breadcrumbs and eggs. Place the prepared chicken breasts on a Pam-sprayed or greased baking sheet or glass casserole dish. Turn chicken after 30 minutes. The cheese in the chicken will absorb, making the chicken moist and tasty.
