Squire Mountain QUICK MACARONI & Tub CHEESE


4 level tablespoons of margarine
4 level tablespoons of flour
1 cups milk
1 (11oz) tub cheese (cheddar or garlic)
2-cups macaroni (cooked)


First, make a white sauce: Melt margarine or butter. Mix flour into margarine. Add milk slowly until it thickens (like pudding).

Then, blend (1) 11 oz. tub of tub cheese into white sauce. Mix sauce into hot macaroni. Add seasoning for individual taste. Cover and stand for about five minutes.
