Squire Mountain Tub Cheese OMELET

8 large eggs
1 cup diced ham
½ cup green pepper
½ cup red pepper
½ onion
1 (11oz.) tub cheese (cheddar, horseradish or garlic & herb)

Scramble eggs and mix all ingredients together. Start frying in hot pan. Turn heat down to medium. When most of the egg mixture is cooked, put under the oven broiler until egg becomes slightly brown.

Please note: MUST USE AN OVEN-PROOF FRY PAN WITH OVEN PROOF HANDLE.
