Squire Mountain BAKED MACARONI & Tub CHEESE


8 level tablespoons of margarine                                                                oven:  400°
8 level tablespoons of flour                                                                         bake : 30 min.
2 cups milk
2 (11oz.) of tub cheese (Cheddar or Garlic & Herb)
2 cups elbow macaroni (cook it)

First, make a white sauce:  Melt margarine or butter. Mix flour into margarine. Add milk slowly until it thickens (like pudding) season for individual taste.

Then, blend two 11 oz tubs of tub cheese into white sauce. Put macaroni and cheese mixture in casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
