Squire Mountain BASIC CHEESE SAUCE

Sauce can be used on meat, poultry, seafood or any vegetables

8 level tablespoons of margarine
8 level tablespoons of flour
2 cups milk
2 (11oz.) tub cheese (Cheddar, Horseradish, Port Wine, and Garlic & Herb)

First, make a white sauce: Melt margarine or butter. Mix flour into margarine. Add milk slowly until it thickens like pudding.

Then, mix in two 11 oz tubs of tub cheese (while warm pour on meat, poultry, seafood or any vegetable)
