Our Process
Originally, our product was developed to be used as spread on a cracker or dip with a chip. We continue to discover different ways to use our products.
Our production of Squire Mountain Tub Cheese is done on a “batch style” approach. One batch off our product is produced, then fully packaged and labeled, followed by another batch and so on. This process allows Paul and Deanna to ensure quality control and to monitor any changes in relation to the ingredients, temperature and other factors involved during the production process. Once the product is mixed in each batch, it is measured by weight into tub containers, sealed, labeled and boxed. The boxes of product are immediately refrigerated and later transferred to our refrigerated delivery truck and transported to retail stores or delivered to warehouse accounts.
As we have grown over the years, we have made necessary label changes and we have added Nutrition Facts information on our labels for the convenience of our Customers.
To find our products, you can find the nearest location to you. It is not advisable to mail or express delivery orders of our Squire Mountain Tub Cheese products, as we have found that there is an excessive cost and we are unable to ensure that the product will remain at the correct temperature during shipment. We have found that you can pack our product with frozen ice packs, in a proper cooler, for transport by vehicle or even by airline if it is for a short period of time.
Originally, our Tub Cheese product was designed to easily spread on a cracker or dip with a chip. We continue to discover different ways to use our products, go to our recipes & pairings section of our web site for recipes and suggestions.
